TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms: Net 30 Days - F.O.B. our plant

Minimum Orders: A minimum order is $300.00, with a $50.00 line item minimum.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. CD Hardware will bill at prices in effect at the time of quotation.

Quotations: Price quotations are valid for 30 days. Typographical, clerical, and key punch errors are subject to correction.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled or deliveries deferred only upon the condition that the buyer assumes liability and makes payment to CD Hardware for all work, whether in process or complete, at time of notification.

RMA’S: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Sales Department. A Return Authorization Number must be assigned and clearly marked on the outside of each package. Credit will not be allowed for used, modified or parts damaged due to poor packaging. 

Shortages Defective Products & Responsibility: All claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of material.

Statistical Analysis: Statistical Analysis Charts such as X(bar)-R Charts, CP, CPK, FMEA’s etc. must be listed on Customers Purchase Order.

PPAP: CD Hardware will provide all PPAP’s at NO CHARGE to customers as long as the purchase order value is over $10,000 otherwise; there is a $1000 charge
